Applying microcement involves three main steps:

  1. Surface preparation
    cleaning, sanding, and priming.
  2. Microcement application
    apply two coats

    protect the surface with two coats of PU FEST 2K CARBON sealer.

What’s included?

A complete kit for applying Festfloor GO! microcement on 10 m² of wall surface. The set includes:

  • Fest Grunt (1 kg) – primer that evens out surface absorbency and improves adhesion of the decorative layer. Enough for one coat.

  • FESTFLOOR GO! Microcement (15 kg) – ready-to-use microcement for walls. Fully pigmented and ready for immediate application. Sufficient for two coats.

  • PU FEST 2K CARBON (1 kg component A + 0.1 kg component B) – two-component protective sealer resistant to abrasion and stains. Enough for one coat; for best durability, apply two coats. Choose the version with extra sealer for full protection.

Color selection

FESTFLOOR GO! microcement is fully ready to use — just open the container and start applying. It’s factory-tinted, so no additional pigment mixing is required. Color is added during production, ensuring perfect consistency. Simply choose your desired shade from our standard color chart.

On request, we can also produce colors outside the standard palette — FESTFLOOR GO! can be tinted in over 200 RAL colors or nearly 2,000 NCS shades, allowing you to perfectly match your design.

Can Festfloor GO! be applied directly onto tiles?
Yes, Festfloor GO! microcement can be applied directly onto old tiles, provided that they are stable, well adhered to the substrate, and in good condition. Before applying the microcement, the tiles must be properly prepared. Detailed step-by-step instructions can be found in our instructional video.
Is Festfloor GO! microcement suitable for floors with underfloor heating?
Yes, Festfloor GO! is ideal for underfloor heating thanks to its high flexibility and thermal conductivity, which facilitates effective heat transfer to the room. Before applying the microcement, the underfloor heating system should be turned on, tested, and then turned off at least 7 days before applying the microcement.
How long does microcement take to dry after application?
One coat usually takes 2–4 hours to dry at room temperature. The protective varnish can be applied 4–6 hours after the last coat of microcement has been applied.
What colors are available?
Festfloor GO! microcement is available in a standard palette of 22 colors. We can also prepare microcement in colors from the RAL or NCS palette on request.
Is Festfloor GO! microcement waterproof?
Festfloor GO! microcement itself is not waterproof, but after protecting the surface with a protective varnish, the microcement surface becomes resistant to water, moisture, and dirt. In areas exposed to direct and constant contact with water (e.g., shower stalls without a shower tray), we recommend that you first completely waterproof the substrate. For bathrooms and wet areas, choose HydroFest – a microcement that is water-resistant throughout its mass.
Can I apply Festfloor GO! microcement myself, without any experience?
Yes – Festfloor GO! is a single-component, colored, ready-to-use system, which makes it user-friendly for people with no experience. However, it is a good idea to read the instructions or watch the instructional videos on our YouTube channel.
Can I use Festfloor GO! on walls and ceilings?
Yes – the product is suitable for floors, walls, countertops, stairs, and ceilings.
