Quick application guide

Microcement application in 3 steps:

1. Surface preparation
   cleaning, sanding, and priming.
2. Applying microcement
   in two layers.
3. Sealing
   applying two layers of protective varnish.

What’s included?

A complete set for 10 m² of floor surface, based on the proven Festfloor Life microcement system – ideal for creating decorative, durable, and resistant finishes.

• Fest Grunt (1 kg) – a primer that evens out surface absorbency and improves adhesion of subsequent layers. Enough for one layer.

• FESTFLOOR LIFE microcement (12.5 kg) + FESTLiquid Polymer (5 kg) – a two-component microcement system for floors and stairs. Enough for two layers.

• FestColor – pigment for coloring Festfloor Life microcement. Mix it into the liquid polymer according to the instructions. Enough for two layers.

• PU FEST 2K CARBON sealer (1 kg component A + 0.1 kg component B) – a two-component, ultra-hard protective varnish providing high resistance to abrasion and stains. Sufficient for one layer, but for best durability, we recommend applying two layers. Select the “extra varnish for second layer” option for full surface protection.

OPTIONAL:

• FESTFLOOR BASE (15 kg) + FESTLiquid (5 kg)– a reinforcing base layer for embedding fiberglass mesh, improving floor strength and crack resistance. Enough for two layers. + Fiberglass mesh 10 m² standard – a universal 70 g/m² mesh with 5x5 mm openings, commonly used in finishing applications.
  Choose FESTFLOOR BASE kit for substrate reinforcement if you have:
  - a cracked floor
  - a floor with ceramic tiles,
  - a floor with underfloor heating

Color selection

FESTFLOOR LIFE microcement requires manual pigmentation using the included FestColor pigment. The palette includes carefully selected shades of gray and beige that perfectly suit modern interiors.

Looking for a more unique shade? Festfloor Life can also be tinted in over 200 RAL colors and nearly 2000 NCS shades, ensuring a perfect match for your project.
