Applications and advantages
Festfloor Titan microcement is perfect for high-traffic flooring areas.
Where to use the Festfloor Titan set:
- Bathroom, kitchen, and hallway floors
- Renovation of existing ceramic tiles without removal
- Underfloor heating systems
- Residential and commercial interiors with high foot traffic
Key advantages of Festfloor Titan microcement:
- Exceptional hardness and mechanical resistance – epoxy-based system ensures durability and scratch resistance
- Water resistance – suitable for bathrooms and wet areas, including showers
- Smooth, natural finish – creates a refined concrete look for modern interiors
- Seamless surface – easy to clean and maintain
- High abrasion resistance – ideal for heavily used areas
- Excellent adhesion – suitable for substrates such as screed, anhydrite, and ceramic tiles
- Easy maintenance – can be cleaned with water and neutral cleaners
Quick application guide
Applying microcement involves 3 simple steps:
-
Surface preparationclean, sand, and prime with Fest Grunt. Next, reinforce the substrate using Festfloor Base or Titan Base and mesh.
-
Applying microcementapply two coats of Festfloor Titan.
-
Sealingapply two coats of PU Fest Turbo sealer.
Note: If the substrate is cracked or unstable, it should be reinforced before applying microcement. Do this using Titan Base or Festfloor Base with mesh (first layer with mesh, second layer without mesh)
When applying microcement over tiles, first remove any silicone, sand the tiles, fill the joints with a leveling compound, and prime with Fest Grunt. Then reinforce the substrate using Titan Base or Festfloor Base with mesh (first layer with mesh, second layer without mesh).

What’s included?
A complete 5 m² system based on Festfloor Titan microcement – the hardest and most water-resistant solution in our range. The set includes:
-
Fest Grunt (1 kg) – a primer that equalizes substrate absorption and improves adhesion of subsequent layers. Sufficient for one coat.
-
FESTFLOOR TITAN microcement (5 kg) + TITAN HARDENER (0.8 kg) – a two-component epoxy-based system ensuring exceptional hardness and durability, perfect for high-traffic areas. Enough for two coats.
-
PU FEST TURBO sealer (400 g Component A + 200 g Component B) – a two-component solvent-based protective sealer with high resistance to abrasion and staining. One coat is sufficient, but for maximum durability, two coats are recommended. Choose the "sealer for 2 coats" option for full protection.
-
Substrate reinforcement system (recommended for tiles): When applying microcement over ceramic tiles, a reinforcement layer helps to even and stabilize the substrate, improving adhesion and durability. Choose from:
- TITAN BASE (8 kg) + TITAN HARDENER (0.8 kg) + fiberglass mesh – a premium base system for embedding fiberglass mesh and reinforcing the surface against cracking. Enough for two coats.
Choose TITAN BASE if you need a premium, high-strength solution – ideal for:
- tile floors
- heavy-duty or high-traffic areas
- underfloor heating systems
- FESTFLOOR BASE (9 kg) + FESTLiquid (3 kg) + fiberglass mesh – a universal base system for everyday applications, ideal for embedding fiberglass mesh and improving durability. Enough for two coats.
Choose FESTFLOOR BASE if you need a versatile option for:
- tile floors
- residential interiors with moderate traffic
- underfloor heating systems
Color selection
Festfloor Titan microcement is factory-tinted – no pigment mixing required. The palette includes modern grays, beiges, and earthy tones. On request, we can produce over 200 RAL or 2000 NCS shades to perfectly match your project.
👉 Note: color perception may vary depending on lighting conditions and screen settings. Always check a sample in your target interior.
